Peter Delucca has bailed on the dream of owning his own bar in favor of the new Job as Editor of V-2 magazine. This keeps him working in Wicker minuet park. Tom owns neither Club 2000 nor V2 magazine but he hired Pete for both.

He and I hit the highspots over Lamas 2003. We touched the extremeties of the Grand Strand. We Ate in Murrels inlet one night and Calabash Cove the Next.

Feb 6, 2004 - Pete and I made the Deal with Daves Bean and Burch about Dangerous Curves. 15K month turnkey rent. This is occuring simoltaneously with the Acquistiion of v2 from the Straycats in Tampa. The coffmans have already bowed out of the deal. They know pete but not me.

The DC is a gorgeous joint with high cieling intelligent lighting, theatre in the round. The Facility comes as is for a year with 6 one year options. The dave Burch office is not included.

The Kitchen is functional - we could serve righteous food. The upper balcony is screaming for projection TV's to add to and coordinate with the light show. The video system plays iTunes wallpaper, Prepared Tapes as Final Cut Pro Documents ready to fire.

The DC VIP is a card for one person, non transferrable for 3 months from date of issue - Free admission for VIP, half price for Guests.

The DC 2dollar Ticket is Bus Card and Ticket sized Coupons.

The Temporary VIP is a passout card that has to be activated at the front desk by shooting digital picture of the person holding his ID by his face. His data is captured in PIX for later entry into the database and issuance of a laminated picture ID.

Th planned video system paints the upper outer perimeter of the theatre. It intercuts with the existing pictures. Also TV's on the floor for Video games or show video.

The DC currency is a $5 bill and a $20. Maybe a $2

This currency is the only legal gambling currency in the club for contests of skill on famous video game titles.

March 6, 2004 - I have just added the big bottom layer, a golf map of the Grand strand unto the top laywer of the so named F horizontal.I have been contemplateing this move for about 10 days now, I bought a fresh can of spray glue should I solve the placement of cthis mat green map. It was intending towards Horry County where the other Grand Strand Golf map resides. But in a swelling moment of F series realization I pasted it on the lower third of Grand Strand where it so totally belongs. This is the onset of golf season here. This map shows the grand strand the way I see it in my head sometimes. Other times I imagine the grand strand as a giant one string washtub base. I live at middle C. I covered over an early sixties map of Disneyuland Anaheim. One of the Bay area showing how the golden gate bridge connects all the dreams into a single vortex, now located somewhere along the Grand Strand.

June 26, 2004 - The Crickentree adventure on Cedar street is drawing o a close. the dram is moving north, to North Myrtle Beach. 1619 Holly Driveby the atlantic ocean. It's a supercute little whitehouse with a manicured lawn. It sits on a putt putt course who does the lawn for fun.

August 3rd, 2004 - From Holly Drive. The Grand Strand adventure has moved North, to North Myrtle Beach. Actually it is the little sub village of Cresent Beach. My neighbor Mr. G sells ice cream lke Rick and I tried to at Musical Ice Cream 2 years to date ago. The business is about to become Carolina General Information Inc.The July Project 04 was indeed a full personal transformation.

The DC update to this point is that Yossi and his Israelie gang approached Mike Rose to bring some legacy entertainment/Pure Gold/ Jerry Reid Golden boy magic to the venue. They pumped 140K into making it lame. Then Dumped Mike Rose. then Dumped the Red Room and now it's the Gold Club on seaboard, lots of hot dancers, not too many customers.

12-21-2004 - Solstice Crow - I have been called by Gerard to participate in his titty bar car dealership loan purchase deal. This has placed the gold club in front of us for $400K, to me from Dave Bean for $250K. I have a design called The bikini League.

February 11th 2005 - The Big Tuna Beach Club in North Myrtle Beach is for sale for 150K and 5K per mo. It is actually part of my yard already. It sits on the Atlantic Ocean. It is full of old style arcade games and has gone broke. Hence The bikini League.

It is said to do 70,000 per month in the summer months.
It has an upstairs. It has a volley ball court on the Atlantic Ocean. Holly Drive is around the corner, just far enough to be elsewhere.

I will need money to doll up the inside and build the prototypes. Perhaps 100K would do the trick.

May 14th, 2005 ~ Over the intercoastal waterway and up the waccamaw river swamp lay HB Spokes, The Biker Haven. My studio has taken on the Official Movie deal for the venue this year. To that end I acquired a new panasonic 3 chip, Leica lens palmcorder to be the lead instrument with the old Cannon Elura as second fiddle. This is a Mike Martin deal of origin and he is trying to be useful in it's execution. So far it is slow going but going none the less.

May 21, 2005 - Closure on the Hb Spokes gig ~ Mike wound up being unavailable for the HB Spokes video production.. The House failed to produce a single man hour.

October 30th, 2005 - From within this F series nmember has grown Atlantic Beach, The Black Pearl. It started a couple years ago as Atlantic Beach Boardwalk. Jay introduced me to Sherry Suttles, Atlantic Beach Councilperson.

October 31, 2006 - Past Midnight at Brown's Inn - The latest club design around these parts is The Roof, The Roof..., a mixed club with Hip Hop values. I have walked the exterior many times will soon see what's inside. There is plenty of parking, it is a short hop to and from the ocean.
