I have laid in the base coat of Google Earth ariel view of the Town of Atlantic Beach, South Carolina. I began this phase of Atlantic beach Boardwalk at the behest of Councilperson Sherry Suttles who was concerned that the white developers were about to rob the town of it's unique black heritage. From a mutual friend she learned that I had a deep dark banjotime project concerning the Town of Atlantic Beach. We shared snacks and drinks at Molly Darcey's, the large public area of my little beach house on Holly Drive. Katrina then hit New Orleans and singled out the poor blacks as the object of federal and presidential persecution. It was like god doing Sherry's PR work. I have now spent a season working on The Grandfather Plan, I am at the onset of version 3.3. 12-16-2005 - Updated Jpegs ~ Full Version.
March 8, 2006 - I just got the courtesy call from Amanda Rutherford at the Wacamaw regional planning council. The Grandfather Plan has been rejected by the stooges of the white government. I have 3 websites to address this situation: They took in 11 applications and narrowed it down to a 5 name short list of which my consulting practice was not one. End of do-good story. I still want to build the master plan. Now the rational issues are over, the emotional and media issues begin. 3/9/2006 - Letter to Coucilman Sherry Suttles Hi Sherry Amanda Rutherford gave me the courtesy call about my not making the short list. Apparently the official folk don't want to discuss my already complete masterplan. I guess I didn't rack up enough points on their scoring system to determine eligibility. Although I would love to discuss the merits of my plan with intelligent competent people, it's not terribly necessary. My design is correct and totally feasible. My next thought about Atlantic Beach is that I would like to seriously discuss the Grandfather Plan with Jake Evans. If that goes well then Irene Retha and Charlene. Then maybe you yourself. My continuing thought is that I don't want to make the Grandfather Plan about Tim Martin. It might be the simplest and most direct method but might cause more problems than it solves. Maybe I should apply for the job as town manager??? I can do about 25 hours a week. $1k per week. Else it might be time to talk to larger developers with more government clout. I continue working on the related internet projects. I want to redo my fisted glove. That's a lot of work for not getting it right the first time. Lillian has been reading a book about slavery and so has an interest in Charleston . So we may still be able to do that trip. But I can't go this week. Everything keeps piling up on me while I adjust to my change in domestic circumstance. I really hoped I would make the short list so I could disclose my grandfather plan in a righteous up and up way. I would really prefer to give all the goodies to the people of Atlantic Beach . I'll be the last person on this planet to be offering to do something good for the black race. After me is only the devil with a million faces. Look around our earth. Do you see any breaks on the way for the black neighborhoods and nations of our earth? I see corrupt regimes with genocidal practices governing all black African nations. I see the black branding on black neighborhoods in America : Crime, Violence, Drug Sales, squalor, sub-standard utilities, and crooked cops. I see no one other than myself in a position to change or even challenge this pervasive branding. The alleged black organizations like NAACP and such have a track record that proves their bad faith. The white government routinely abuses the black neighborhoods and populations. Even the influx of Mexicans is cutting black people out of jobs at the bottom of society. There are no black leaders. There are only black faces selling the white government agenda. Maybe it's you Sherry. Maybe you are the emergent Black Leader. Closest so far… tim
10-22-2006- Now that I live in Atlantic Beach it's like walking into the F series.
February 20th, 2007 - From the AB civic center as Trent is delivering the Zyschovich master plan. I got here around 8:10pm. I threw in the towel about 5 days ago, I got that feeling that this phase of The Grandfather Plan was over, the zychovich plan is a dark deal between Marsha Conners and the White Developers. Irene (and therefore Jake) will have her personal interest served. Charlene and Retha are down with the concept for their own reasons. My meeting with Leonard Hill was the final coffin nail on my Master Plan. Leonard is the one who shot down previous bogus master plans, he has lost faith and no longer cares enough to fight. The proposed plan is just an orgy of mediocrity. When I created the Grandfather Plan I also unearthed a second plan called "The Dark Plan". The Grandfather Plan is involves many things all rolled into a massively complex decision tree. The simple premise is brutally simple: "No Cars on Ocean Side". Artificial Segregation. All the money and glory that ever came to this town was only a result of segregation and nothing else. This Z plan uses terms like a Sense of Place. Character, that means some trees and crappy architecture and lots of cars everywhere. The Dark Plan is all about Love, just love, and vulnerability. As I walked into the building tonight I thought about doing the grandfather plan in Second Life as a parallel path of my wisdom versus this standard gentrification Mat Gadams sees 29 stories, 400 feet Cora taylor opposes the road, Feb 21, 2007 - I was strangely happy about the adoption of the Zyschovich Master Plan and therefore the Failure of The Grandfather Plan. Had I succeeded in the perpetration of The Grandfather Plan as the official Master Plan for the redevelopment of Atlantic Beach I would have been trapped. The Grandfather Plan required my services up to and maybe including the world leader trip. But damn it could have worked, if I was equal to the task which I felt I wasn't, therefore relieved at my failure to crate the greatest temple the world would ever know. The Grandfather Plan was an elegant piece of egalitarian philosophy applied to the perfect situation. By using a master plan to induce a recreational destination of global status, the application of the law of accelerating returns to a real estate development project. In my inner heart Atlantic Beach has always been about a Video Game, conflict or cooperation in different iterations. The Grandfather Plan was the ultimate in Global cooperation to address the plight of black territory in america and the world. I just couldn't devote enough time to this worthy cause. My dayjob running V2 Magazine for Heaven's Moon Inc. consumes what productive time I have. Banjotime bare gets enough time to stay alive and it's the only project I really love. Banjotime is what I want to do full time. It grossed $59.24 from cafepress last week. A rare inflow of cash as The Grandfather Plan waned. October 16th, 2007 ~ AB Community Center ~ Here I sit in the audience at an Atlantic Beach town council meeting. The subject is utilities. The dude from North Myrtle Beach Water answered questions from the board. They seem to have progressed a little from the madness of the previous set of sessions. Abject failure wears well on them. Donnell is in the audience. He and Irene could theoretically implement the Grandfather Plan. It's nice not shooting this travesty. Paul Curry is now the documentor. He has a video camera running on a tripod which he checks periodicly. This is torture sitting listening to Marsha ramble on about next to nothing. All her mindset is about entitlement issues. April 14th, 2008 ~ Hillside Drive ~ On Zeroday between year 26 and 27 Mayor Irene Armstrong and City Manager Marsha Conners got busted on various petty charges and have been removed from office. The dark side has touched everyone covered under the ill fated zyschovich master plan. The day of The Grandfather Plan and lie just ahead. |
